2015/16

Rory, a seasoned design engineer, leveraged his experience on the Mayo Clinic ENT Team to become Medical Device Designer in the Tympany Research Group based in NUIG to create novel innovations within the otology space. He, along with teammate Elizabeth McGloughlin, identified the unmet need during immersion in the world renowned Minnesota based Mayo Clinic in October 2015 and have continued to maintain the partnership with the hospital network through an Enterprise Ireland Commercialisation Fund seed round of investment.
