Nadav worked for more than 10 years in major hospitals as a biomedical researcher, business development manager and technology innovation leader. He witnessed first hand the immense needs and opportunities which can be found in almost all the medical disciplines. Nadav is excited to be working with his fellow team members at BioInnovate to create innovative solutions to some of these important needs. Nadav's most recent position was CEO for the Technology Transfer Company of a leading academic hospital (Rambam Health Care Campus). Nadav led technology transfer and technology commercialisation activities and worked with entrepreneurs during early phases of the creation of novel medical technologies, leading up to prototype design and commercialisation. Among the company’s achievements is the formation of a medical technology incubator and licensing-out and generating spin-out companies in diverse medical fields. Previously Nadav served as a Patent Attorney at the Global Patent Group of Teva Pharmaceuticals where he was responsible for Intellectual Property management for biological drug development projects including targeted cancer therapies. Nadav had conducted postdoctoral research at the University Hospital in Basel, Switzerland on novel applications of Nanotechnology in Medicine and conducted his doctorate research in Molecular Life Sciences at the Swiss Institute for Experimental Cancer Research (ISREC/EPFL) in Lausanne. Nadav holds a bachelor's degree in Medical Sciences and a Master's degree in Medical Sciences from the
Faculty of Medicine of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Nadav also holds an MBA in Medical Devices & Healthcare Management from HFU's International Business School of Tuttlingen in Baden-Württemberg, Germany. In his free time, Nadav enjoys reading, hiking and cycling with his family.
