Recruitment for next year will open later this year. Applications may still be submitted at any time, but we cannot guarantee that they will be considered for the next Fellowship Programme cycle.

About the Fellowship

Applications for BioInnovate Fellowship 2023/2024 are open now. The timeline for the application process is as follows.

  • November 2022: Applications open on Tuesday 1st November. Applications can be made by submitting your CV and the completed application form.
  • February 2023: Fellowship Programme Information Webinar Watch the recording here.
Applications close on Tuesday 28th February at 12 noon. Interested candidates should submit their application below consisting of their CV and completed application form (consisting of a 1-page profile, an application essay and an optional project). We assess applications throughout the year however it is recommended that you submit your application as soon as possible as places are competitive.
  • March 2023: All applicants are told whether they have been shortlisted or not, by email. Shortlisted applicants are invited to the Recruitment Day, which will take place on Saturday 25th March 2023.
  • May 2023: All shortlisted candidates are told whether they will be offered a place on the Fellowship Programme by early May.
  • Mid-August 2023: Start of the Fellowship Programme.
